Orders are prepared fresh for pickup or delivery every Saturday.

Please arrive during the scheduled pickup window whenever possible. if you anticipate being late, contact us as soon as you can so we can make appropriate arrangements.

For local deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the scheduled delivery window.

Our desserts are handcrafted in small batches without commercial preservatives for the freshest possible flavor and texture.

For best results:

• Store treats in an airtight container.

• Refrigerate products if they will not be enjoyed within a few hours of pickup or delivery.

• For the best flavor and texture, allow refrigerated treats to come to room temperature for approximately 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

• Enjoy within 5 to 7 days for optimal freshness.

• Most products may be frozen for up to 2 months in an airtight container. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.

Our products are made in a home kitchen operating under Florida’s Cottage Food Law.

Many of our desserts contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including:

• Wheat

• Milk

• Eggs

• Soy

• Peanuts

• Tree Nuts

While every effort is made to minimize cross-contact, our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility.

If you have food allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before placing your order so we can help you make an informed decision.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Because each order is prepared specifically for our customers, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment date may not be eligible for a refund if preparation has already begun.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever feasible.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you receive an incorrect order or believe there is an issue with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
