Flavors of Fall
Fall with a little Southern attitude. Autumn Heir starts with a buttery brown butter maple shortbread, layered with a soft and chewy brandy maple praline filling loaded with our smoky salted maple pecans. It’s finished with a creamy maple Belgian white chocolate coating, more smoky pecans, and a touch of flaky sea salt.
Our take on everything we love about a Southern fall apple dessert. Pie-Golly Wow starts with an autumn spiced buttery shortbread and a thick tart apple custard made with Granny Smith apples cooked down from scratch with fresh lemon and warm spices.
We finish it with a crisp, buttery spiced streusel and salted caramel for a little extra richness.

Tall, buttery, and extra flaky, our Southern Flake Buttermilk Biscuits are made completely from scratch and baked fresh to order. Tender on the inside with golden, crips edges and plenty of buttery layers, they’re everything a Southern Biscuit should be. Each order comes with a sample serving of our homemade strawberry preserves.
Classic blueberry gets a little extra shine. Bursting with blueberries and bright lemon, then finished with a refreshing touch of mint that makes every bite pop. Familiar, fresh, and unmistakably Roo’s.
All the nostalgia of a caramel apple at the state fair, baked into a big bakery-style muffin. Tender apple, warm spice, a touch of sage, and rich caramel come together for a taste of fall at the fair.
Inspired by the banana nut muffins Grandma used to make, with a little Roo flair. Sweet banana and toasted walnuts meet bright strawberry and a subtle touch of fresh basil for a familiar favorite with an unexpected twist.
